The SEALION 8 takes BYD's Dual-Mode Super Hybrid technology and ups the ante to 100. The DM-p powertrain produces 359kW/675Nm, propelling the SEALION 8 from 0-100km/h in just 4.9 seconds. On the flip side, increased thermal efficiency of the 1.5L turbocharged engine means the SEALION 8 can deliver fuel consumption as low as 1L/100km with sufficient SOC.
